As any animal lover will tell you, animals have feelings, too. They may not be able to talk about them, but if you watch their behaviour and get to know them, you will soon be able to recognise their subtle changes of emotion. Animals can suffer from trapped emotions just as people can.
Even without words, animals express their emotions clearly. The great thing about working with animals is that they are very responsive to energy work. Without the complexities of the human mind, they are able to let go of the energies that have caused problems in their lives, and be as healthy and happy as they are meant to be.

I have been having Body coding with Jemma for quite a while when I started my health and state of mind was not in a good place I had been suffering with several problems that was affecting my digestion, sleep and vertigo since I started this journey I have progressed considerably! It’s hard to explain how I feel now but I’m in a much better place a lot lighter free of problems that I was living with. The web site is easy to follow and very informative to how it all works! To make a booking for treatment is so easy and convenient! I’m on a journey for which I don’t know how long it will take to reach my goal of health and well-being! I’m so thankful and grateful that I was guided to Jemma and body coding!

Jemma helped me identify an ancestral inherited feeling of panic .at first I couldn’t place it but Upon reflection I realised just this week I had asked for help, guidance around a particular issue that was showing up through food addiction and low and behold it was a feeling of panic .
